Terms of service

In consideration for being permitted to participate in iFLY indoor skydiving, climbing and skiing and any and all related activities conducted by iFLY (being iFLY UK and all companies in the iFLY Group) (together the "Activities"), I acknowledge and agree:

  1. that whilst iFLY UK tries to ensure that the Activities and any Activities associated with them are as safe as possible, the Participant's participation in the Activities is inherently dangerous and it involves risk to the Participant including the risk of death and personal injury. Indoor skydiving is not a ride;
  2. that iFLY UK shall not be liable or responsible for any personal injury or death caused to or suffered by the Participant, though in accordance with English law nothing in these Conditions will exclude iFLY UK's liability for death or personal injury caused by iFLY UK;
  3. the Participant must abide by the rules and regulations and terms and conditions of iFLY UK and comply with and follow all instructions given by any members of iFLY UK staff at all times. Any personal injury that results from the Participant's negligence, failure to follow instructions or from the Participant providing false information to iFLY will be the Participant's responsibility;
  4. that if the Participant has brought their own equipment then they are solely responsible for the condition and adequacy of such equipment and that iFLY UK will not check nor be under any responsibility to check the condition or adequacy of such equipment. We reserve the right to refuse the Participant from using their own equipment whilst participating in the Activities;

  6. to the processing of my (and the Participant's, if you are signing on their behalf) personal data, including sensitive personal data so that iFLY can evaluate if the Participant can be provided with the requested services linked to the Activities. To find out more, please consult our Privacy Policy at www.iflyworld.co.uk;
  7. as, or on behalf of, the Participant that iFLY UK may use and offer both to the Participant and to other members of the public for sale any images and videos depicting the Participant, and I (and the Participant, if different) agree to the release of such images and videos by iFLY without compensation. I further understand that if I do not wish for iFLY to release such images or videos depicting me, I can request this with the iFLY UK reception team either before or shortly after my experience;
  8. and that I (and the Participant, if different) have carefully read and understood these Conditions and I understand they are a release of liability from and a waiver in respect of certain legal rights that the Participant may have to bring a legal action or assert a claim for injury or loss against iFLY UK.

I understand that the iFLY indoor skydiving activity is not a ride but an interactive experience which simulates freefall skydiving by exposing the Participant to vertical winds of up to 165 miles (270 km) per hour.

I understand that participating in the Activities involves strenuous activity that will require exertion and physical stress.

The participant acknowledges this information and agrees to comply if using VR equipment.

iFLY UK routinely takes photographs & videos, as well as CCTV, in the legitimate interests of both iFLY UK and customers. As such, customers may be identifiable in these images and videos. I understand that iFLY UK will release such images depicting me (including without limitation, use of my face, likeness and voice) for the purpose of purchasing photographs and videos on the iFLY UK website and on media kiosks located within the iFLY building.
